The Garden on Park is owned and operated by Apopka Salad Café LLC, a partnership of Apopka locals Tom and Liz Breck as well as Rita’s Italian Ice owners Erica Franco and Patricia Forgione. After being involved in Apopka for sometime we were able to identify a need with regards to breakfast and lunch options. With our evolving menu and listening to our guest’s feedback we feel that The Garden on Park will be able to fill that need.
We believe in the Apopka community and are committed to continuing to help it grow. We have made every effort to support local businesses, schools and organizations, from produce, coffee roasters, partners in education, and even worm farming, if we have a choice to go local we try to do so. In addition to our purchasing power, we will continue with our commitment to our schools and organizations. We are excited about being a part of Apopka.
